This is a great place to start if you are new to yoga or if you want to deepen your practice as you will have the time and space to become familiar with yoga poses. Why should you try this class ? Try this class if you have long been wanting to practice yoga. It’s perfect to enjoy the benefits of it in a judgement-free zone, all levels welcome. Technicalities: In this beginner’s class we will practice breathing techniques and meditation as well as asana.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your bookings up to 6 hours in advance online or via our phone/whatsapp. If you are late and your slot is still open/available, you can still attend the class. Otherwise, for cancellations made with less than 6 hours’ notice or if you do not turn up for your appointment, you will be charged the full appointment fee. Please always check-in at the front desk before your class, to confirm your booking.
